Dr. Andreas Baltrusch
On July24th, 2009, the supervisory board of co.don® AG appointed Dr. Andreas Baltrusch (42) to a member of the executive board and at the same time to the chairman of the executive board, effective from October1st, 2009.
Dr. Baltrusch studied industrial engineering and management at the Technische Universität Berlin.He was working in several managerial positions at affiliates of ALBA AG, Cleanaway Deutschland AG and MECO GmbH.
Vilma Siodla, Dipl.-Ing.
The supervisory board of co.don® AG, Teltow,
appointed Mrs Vilma Siodla to a member of the executive board, on
August 3rd, 2007.
Mrs Siodla has been working in the company since its foundation. She has been the Head of Production and she has substantially contributed to the development of the cell biological products and the Integrated isolator technology (IIT), the platform technology of co.don® AG.
Mrs Siodla studied veterinary medicine and industrial engineering. Numerous publications and patents in the context of her activity in the company prove her high competence.
