Annual Document acc. § 10 German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG)

According § 10 of the German Securities Trade Act (Wertpapierprospektgesetz  WpPG) public held companies have to announce annually all published equity market orientated informations during the past 12 months.  This document (called Jährliches Dokument = Annual Document). has to be publicly available to the investors on the companie's website.
